Come and paint like the masters – and some contemporary favourites too. Over ten weeks we will explore a variety of artists, looking closely at how they use colour, composition, brushwork and paint handling. Working across landscapes, portraits, figures and still life, you will mix palettes inspired by each artist, try different drawing and painting techniques, experiment with a range of brushes, and discover new ways of approaching your own work. Whether you are looking to improve your skills or simply enjoy painting, this course offers a fun and engaging way to learn from some of the world's most inspiring artists. Suitable for all levels, students are asked to bring their own materials along or they can be purchased on site.
