Spontaneous Printmaking - a Monoprint Workshop

This fun and enjoyable workshop offers an introduction to two Monoprint methods, one based on drawing and one on painting. With a focus on experimentation and creative exploration this is an enjoyable way to create unique prints in a quick and simple way. Suitable for complete beginners and students who want to extend their drawing or painting practice.

Printmaking with Recycled Materials Workshop

2.00pm - 5.00pm
Explore a spontaneous, playful and sustainable approach to printmaking. You will delve into making your own prints from Tetrapak cartons and other recycled household materials. Learn how to cut, peel and incise on the Tetrapak to create your imagery and then ink and print it. We will also create colourful textured prints using household scraps such as foil, cardboard, bubble wrap and fabric. Suitable for newcomers to printmaking and for printmakers who want to try fresh and innovative methods.
