Jess believes that as well as learning, the most important thing is your enjoyment of the experience. These informal classes are open to any level for students to develop their individual practice in drawing and painting. This is not a structured course - instead students develop their own personal projects - Jess treats each student individually giving support, guidance and practical advice throughout. Composition and colour can be explored either through representational or abstract approaches. Various imaginative, observational and project-based subjects can be studied as themes. £215 per 10 session term.

A chance to explore watercolour in a relaxed and creative environment. We will take a broad approach to this sensitive and vibrant medium. Along with more traditional techniques, you will be encouraged to develop your own intuitive direction. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. This course will provide a practical understanding of the various ways watercolour can be used. The class will include exercises to explore different techniques, how to mix colour and apply paint, use of other water-soluble materials, eg, ink, pen and wash, gouache as well as analysing the methods and approaches of other watercolour artists. Students will need to bring their own materials. Some will be available to get started and advice can be given. £240 for 10 week term. Kids Do Art offer an exciting range of 2D and 3D projects specialising in drawing, painting and sculpture. We encourage children to learn, make and to problem solve in order to build confidence and develop creative life skills. All of our tutors are practicing artists who teach multi discipline art techniques, and all art works are produced by children from raw materials as this enables and empowers each child to understand the full making process and how to develop their creativity in the most rewarding way. Students from Akiva reception, years 1 & 2 can start class at 3.30pm - 5pm, with collection from class between 3.05pm - 3.15pm . Beginners Oil Painting - Drawing with a Brush
